HostClear offers a huge library of video tutorials to help new web hosting clients understand cPanel, web hosting features, where to access features, etc. They also offer a fairly good knowledgebase with information from billing to reseller web hosting. The knowledgebase appears to be outdated with the latest posted articles dated in 2008. We'd like to see HostClear make more information and more recent troubleshooting tutorials available.
