At first I loved that I could call in for support. But over the years the support has been less and less helpful.

Recently our site has been disabled by GoDaddy (twice in one week) due to "malicious script" being uploaded by someone. Unfortunately GoDaddy will not specify the script that was disabled - they told me to find it. I use OsCommerce and there are thousands of lines of scripting. Thanks for telling me there's a needle in my haystack - would be nice if you could tell me where.

I had higher expectations. I'm dissapointed in the final result of how they are treating us. We have multiple sites, hosting, and domains with them. When I said that we were going to change hosting the customer service rep said "Is there anything else I can help you with?".
Nope.
