All round a great service provided from a well known host. Great variety of packages available and what made me use them was the ease of changing the initial package to suit my own needs.

Extremely good. I had a problem with getting my site uploaded initially, but after sending an email to their helpdesk I recieved a reply within 2hrs and their reply addressed the problem immediately and meant the site was being advertised within minutes.

Once I had accustomed myself to the different tools available I had no problem with managing my account. Very clear and the FAQ'S do actually support you as you find your way around, unlike some FAQ'S i have come across.
