Account Setup Feedback

Quick and easy, their Control panel is second to none. One minor gripe is that I had to send them a scan of my driver license to get SSH access, and that took a while because they kept saying they didn't get it. I eventually put it into the root fir of my account and that was that.

Host Reliability

What can I say, stuff happens. It would have been nice if they would have email-blasted all their customers on the machine that it was down. it's been rock-solid since then.

Pricing Info

They're all about the same. Wish I had seen this coupon before I signed up!

Final Host Comments

One thing that you need to be aware of is that if you are developing a site that uses mySQL, it will slow down your site, seems like mysql is really slow on the host, regular bandwidth doesn't seem to be an issue.

They have all the tools you could possibly want in the cpanel to develop and tweak your website.

The only interaction I had with customer support was when the site completely went down and I couldn't access anything. I used the chat portal on the site and was quickly informed that the host my site was being hosted on had to be restored from backup. I lost about 4 hours of work.
