Here is what Olga Mull had to say about Site5 and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I though that this web host was pretty easy to navigate and very helpful to their users. I encountered a problem here or there but I was never overwhelmed by it. They have a great customer support staff.
Account Setup Feedback
Setting up an account was never easier. Within the span of a few minutes you are done, faster than most other set ups.
Host Reliability
The web host and its staff are always there when you need something. The system has not been down yet and when there’s a need to perform maintenance, they inform you before hand.
Pricing Info
The price was ok. Some other web hosts maybe cheaper, but they do not give the same quantity and quality as this one does.
Final Host Comments
I don’t have anything negative to say about this webhost, except maybe to improve the price a little bit, but even that is inconsequential when you are getting fine service.

I encountered a few problems with this webhost. I kept getting error messages. It was taken care of quickly when I approached their customer service staff. They were very helpful.
