I run several websites that are dedicated to helping runaway teens and battered women so I needed a hosting company that would be dependable and have my websites running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I did some research and apparently, no one can actually promise that, but they did promise a 99.99% uptime so that’s good enough for me.

Account Setup Feedback

This was an important variable that could have made or broke the deal when I first started considering Midphase for my webhosting needs. I don’t feel that I should have to be an internet genius in order to make sure that my websites are up all the time and to get them up in the first place. Midphase assured me that I was correct in this assumption.

Host Reliability

Reliability is a key issue with the websites that I have hosted with Midphase because of the time-sensitive nature that the information and contact forms must meet in order to be effective at all times. I cannot have a webhost that cannot give me the absolute maximum uptime that is possible with the kind of websites that I run. It just isn’t feasible.

Pricing Info

Midphase’s pricing is more than adequate and I am very pleased with what I am getting for the price that I am paying for it.

Final Host Comments

I have put my trust and the trust of battered women across the country into Midphase and they have not let any of us down. I cannot recommend this company to anyone that has website hosting needs enough.

Midphases customer service representatives helped me out with all of the problems that I have had in getting my websites online and getting billing issues straight between the two corporations that I own. At no point were they ever rude or exasperated with me.
