Here is what Kristine Teter had to say about FatCow and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I needed a cheap host that offered a lot of space. FatCow fit the bill for me perfectly.
Account Setup Feedback
Would be nice if FatCow eventually will transfer their users from previous hosts. That is a pain having to upload everything yourself, when it's so much faster for them to do it for you. I'd even be willing to pay a little extra for this with a host. Would be great if it were included though.
Host Reliability
Never had any problems with my site being down, and I have been with them for years (off and on).
Pricing Info
They used to be more economical, but even with their higher prices, they are still one of the best deals out there for shared hosting.
Final Host Comments
I had a few problems (which now seem minor in retrospect) with them a year ago and thought I could find a better host. I went through 3 others during the last year only to discover that I should never have left FatCow!!! They may have their faults, but they are more professional and know how to run a business. I have now returned to them and will most likely never leave FatCow again.

They are fast to respond. They don't always fix the problem, but they always make an attempt to try. Overall, I can recommend them, and for the price, you can't go wrong.
