FatCow only uses the latest server technology available. FatCow uses what they call "load balance technology" which allows their servers redundancy. This allows FatCow to distribute load on their servers equally to prevent server performance related issues such as slow loading pages, slow download speeds, or even outages.

Based on our research here at customer hosting reviews, FatCow has been very reliable with 99.9% uptime. Some have reported some slowness with their file manager to manage files but this can be fixed by using FTP instead. There are free FTP programs such as FileZilla that will allow you to transfer, view, and modify files directly from the FatCow server as needed.
