I have been with 5 different hosting sites before FastNext, including one reseller account. As a person who has had about 7 to 8 years of experience in dealing with web hosts, I do have rather high expectations of service. After bad support experiences from the FastNext support, I have since moved to a dedicated server.
The gist of the matter are as follows -
1. They have bad customer-relations.
2. They have incompetent technical staff
3. They have a I-Don't-Know-What's-The-Problem-That-You're-Facing-So-I-Can't-Fix-It attitude.
Well actually there's a lot more to it than just that. So far in my experience, they're the epitome of bad support.
