Account Setup Feedback
Setup was flawless. Everything went smooth for about a month - when I needed to install a new script. Again, more perl modules, and again they were installed in record time.
Host Reliability
I have been dealing with this company for about a year and a half and I had down time only to times, but it lasted for about an hour.
Pricing Info
Price wasn't a big consideration for me and I can say that it is above average.

As for the customer support, I’d like to say that they are really skillful. They transferred all my content and it was very important to them, which was much appreciated since my vocation is heavily dependent on site uptime. They tested my site and scripts to make sure everything was in order, and any time I had a question or concern they were always around to answer.
