FastDomain Support , pricing and response are great. No downtime yet for this whole 1 month i'm with them. They include 30 days money back guarantee so, no worries there. But, they are very serious with TOS. you may not even included index warez. Like linking to rapidshare for warez program. That's a bit lacking there.
