I am a previous customer of Empire-Hosting, and i Wanted to take the oppertunity to say how great my time with them was, because they really are amazing, and the prices were brilliant.
I used to have a 2x dual core 3.2 XEONS & 6gb RAM server with them , for just $300 a month!

Everything resolved quickly and in a friendly manner, no problems at all. Max response time I think I had was about half an hour, especially on the more important problems. No nasty comments, unlike some, just professional support.

My server went offline once in the whole time I was with them, about 3 months, and that was because they were upgrading me to cPanel 11. Even that was only half an hour.

Already mentioned this, $300 a month for the specifications I got was pretty amazing! Fully managed also, which is a great bonus.

It took nearly 12 hours for them to format my drives into the RAID setup I wanted and get everything running, but that's understandable for a server with the drives it had (4x320's), and Dale was online every step of the way telling me what was going on.

In summary, excellent support, prices, and very fast. I don't really know what else to say, apart from that my time with them was amazing!
