For the first 2-3 years this was a fantastic company to work with. However in the last 6-8 months it has been a horror. We have made numerous requests by trouble ticket and phone message for service and can't get it. At this point, all we are trying to do is get the domain unlocked so we can move it elsewhere. But our requests keep getting lost and phone messages are never returned.
DO NOT use this company. It will be one of the biggest mistakes you have ever made.

Trouble ticket is the only way they have to address anything. Management is never "in the building." Run-arounds, insincere apologies, and outright lies are the standard course of non-service.
