i have been with them for nearly 6 months now and so far the service is excellent. They did bring down the server for maintainance (which is quite understandable) and I'm always being informed for any routine maintainance task. I am in Australia and with the money I spend with EasyCGI, I am really satisfied. The Australian provider charges at least 3 times than they do and therefore, I have nothing to complain.
