EasyCGI is absolutely geared towards those who have an understanding of webhosting because it’s not the most obviously user friendly hosting provider that I’ve come across. However, for advanced users EasyCGI seems to be a good bet and definitely a good value.

Account Setup Feedback

The account setup system is not very difficult but some of the menus can be confusing it you don’t read them carefully. There are tutorials in the tutorial center which will help new users set up their accounts correctly without waiting for a response from the customer support department.

Host Reliability

EasyCGI is easily one of the most reliable hosting companies that I have come across in the past few years. That is the primary reason that I have chosen EasyCGI as the hosting base for all of my sites.

Pricing Info

The pricing is not as dirt cheap as you could find if you went with a lower-quality hosting provider, but it is an exceptional deal in my opinion.

Final Host Comments

EasyCGI is the perfect match for me and my needs. They don’t overload their hosting packages with cheap add-ons but they do allow the administrator complete control over their hosting at all times from the very encompassing control panel which is included with all accounts. Most likely, I will be continuing my business with EasyCGI because I think it is the best hosting option out there at the present for someone who wants the increased functionality that they offer their subscribers.

I can’t speak for their phone customer support since I have not used it but their ticket system and the tutorial section of their site are both very helpful in finding needed answers. I also like that they have sort of an FAQ on steroids in their KnowledgeBase. Using them for both personal and business sites, I have been able to find all the answers I have needed using these methods. Because these methods are so effective and well-run, I would imagine that their phone and email customer support systems are equally competent.
