Really I can't believe what EasyCGI is doing. All was working fine on their old platform until they decided to start the most negligent migration process I've been involved in.
They force everybody to change a new platform without previous testing and no backup plan in case of failure. The result has been a total disaster for most of their customers, including myself.
My site is offline since the day they migrate my account, 5 days ago, and nobody give me an answer. No mail, no database, no answer from support department.
They decided to keep on with migration process despite the great number of problems and complaint sinde the beginning, 1 month ago.
Definitely, they don't care about their customers, our work o our money.

Really awful! No answers, no solutions, no action when you give them the solution to be executed. The response time via support ticket is more than 1 day and they always answer with a burocratic question to delay the issue or update the ticket with "work in progress" but they do nothing.

99,9% uptime... Better laugh than cry when your site is down for days or weeks and you can do nothing.
