Excellent up until their migration this month (Oct 2008). Not only has my website been offline for at least a week, but I have yet to hear any response on a fix.

I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I have been a dedicated customer up until now. Their new system is terrible. My question is why did they put in a new system when the old one worked awesome.
