In regards to VPS Hosting, there are a lot of things I was skeptical about in the start. This is because there are so many contenders offering almost comparable services for nearly the same prices. So what was I supposed to do? But this one was a little easier than I had imagined. Quite honestly there’s one thing I hate doing, and that’s having to wait on customer care to get back to me. I mean as a customer if I have problems with my VPS hosting, then I want the provider to accept responsibility and provide me with a solution as fast as possible.

Account Setup Feedback

My account was setup very quickly. I had 0 complaints and they were very helpful with my opening account questions.

Host Reliability

As your service with them extends you realize that over time they’ve done a lot. From being around to offer solutions, to increasing bandwidth, and even storage space, they certain are helpful.

Pricing Info

I loved their prices. That's all I have to say!

Overall, I love my EasyCGI VPS hosting plan. I have no complaints at this time.

EasyCGI offers great phone support and if that’s not enough, these people are quick and responsive any time of the day. I mean I’ve been stuck at odd hours with little problems and they’ve gotten me out of my turmoil. They’re online at all hours; you just need to get to the right forums to find them. As a new customer you may not be well versed with all the applications but with their support this becomes a cakewalk in matter of days.
