have used customer care for about 2-3 times and its pretty decent...recieve email withing 4-5 hours of submitting the query..would rate customer care 8 out of 10...

they say that uptime is 99.0% however i will say uptime is about 97%....but for the cheap price that much downtime is pretty ok.....wish that uptime increases to around 99%

there cheap prices are un matched..no other hosting provides such a cheap hosting....500gb of space for 7-8$pm is awesome...and if you use there coupons then you are able tos ave over 97$...
