I first thought it was giving a lot of features for a small price, which is still true today. I went with them because it was cheap and I could easily make my money back through advertisements within a few months.

There is a phone line but I wouldn't phone it as I am not a US resident and it would cost me too much. Other than this there is a wiki which has a lot of information on it to help you get started, or even if you just want to clear up a few things. I still use it after being with them for 4 months.

For what their packages offer their prices are very cheap, and for a first time buyer you can use a code to get a fair chunk of the money off (I got $97 off mine).
