Best part of DotEasy, in my honest opinion. They help people better than any customer service department I've ever seen. I don't know if this part could get any better if they hired a consultant or anything.

It's been reliable. As a business owner, I have to know that DotEasy will keep my business site online. When the site goes down, that is money lost. They do a good job of protecting my investment.

Who knows what this is even about? Huh? Account setup for all companies should be easy! I think it was easy with them. I don't really remember, though. I sign up for too much stuff to remember that.

If the experience was anything less than perfect, I would have left a long time ago. There is so much competition out there that if they ever screwed me over, I could find a good business host. So far, DotEasy has been great, though.
