Here is what Vic Mitchell had to say about iPowerWeb and the overall experience with their web hosting service.

A few years back they provided good service at a fair price. For the last year or so it has been awful. No service, no support, and screwed billing practices that resulted in them not renewing one of my domains which resulted in its loss. STAY AWAY!!!

Account Setup Feedback

Initial setup was straightforward and from there it is all down hill. When I tried to add a new domain to my account it required three weeks of endless emails and follow up on my part. Let's see, at my usual billing rate they owe me about $2500.

Host Reliability

Frankly with no service and screwed up billing reliability doesn't matter.

It would be a bad deal if they paid you...

AVOID IPOWERWEB NO MATTER WHAT THEY OFFER!!! Your time is too valuable to waste on this company, there are many better choices out there. If you are unsure how to evaluate choose a known name or sign up for a short term. (Yes I am moving!)
