I paid on an annual basis and was promised 3 months of extra service for paying ahead for one year. Exactly, after 12 months - not one day more - I tried to cancel. They refused to cancel unless I pay for the next year - an invoice was already generated for the next year. They do not notify people ahead of impending renewal time! They said I have to give them 5 days of advance notice BEFORE the end of service, since I did not (in their opinion), I have to pay for a whole year! Forget the extra 3 months they promised, they refused to honor it - despite me showing their emails promising me that. I offered to pay an extra month if they would cancel, they said no. Since I am on an annual plan, I have to pay for a whole new year and then they will cancel it. This may sound improbable - well I thought the same too!
I thought this could not be happening - by far this is the worst customer service incident I dealt with in my life! They threatened with "collections" and I was worried about my credit history and such!
Search the web, there are others with the similar experience!

Pricing seems to be good on the outset, but you get what you pay for!

Nothing good or bad to talk about here. Though, configuration problems on the DailyRazor side once made my sites unavailable for a couple of days - worse they were being forwarded some other site - mu customers were yelling at me, of course! After first denying the error, they eventually corrected it.

Be very careful of the fine print in the yada yada that we normally say ok to, in the hopes of reason prevailing. Well, not in this case! Play your cards carefully and be suspicious of their claims. Your problems will start when you decide to move on. If you land up dealing with their billing department - well, I wish you best of luck!
