Unreliable uptime really makes this hosting company one to shy away from. It is unfortunate because they offer some nice hosting package solutions at competitive prices. Bottom line, when visitors are greeted with "Service Unavailable" or "Server Application Unavailable" it's just plain bad for business!.

Blamed uptime UNreliability on shared application pooled resources. This may explain the unavailability of .NET pages but does not explain unavailability of pages not relying on server application support.
