Although they don't provide real technical support over the phone, but their ticketing system is very helpful. Response time to support issues is under 30 minutes - sometimes much faster.

I've not had any serious problems on the server I'm on. Occasionally, they take the server down for scheduled maintenance but that's about it and it's well announced to customers on that server.

If i remember correctly my account was setup within 2 hours. Although automatic account setup would have been great, but 2 hours setup is not bad.
