The DailyRazor main page of their website has loads of text that tends to make it difficult to understand what they offer, their prices, and why you should use them. Once you scroll past the fold of what you see when loading the site, you'll finally see pricing, packages, and other hosting related information that DailyRazor offers.

DailyRazor doesn't come highly recommended at this time by their customers due to poor experiences with reliability, email, billing, and technical support. We browsed the internet after looking at our own reviews here at customer hosting reviews and found the same type of reviews everywhere else with little to no response from any DailyRazor staff.

DailyRazor has only one thing going for them, their pricing. DailyRazor has a great price for their web hosting packages including personal hosting, business hosting, and developer hosting. Even their reseller hosting packages are priced below average compared to other web hosts.

This leads us to question the repercussions of having such lower prices. With the low price comes a highly likelihood the host will overload their hosting servers with too many customers to produce a profit. With overloaded servers comes poor reliability, poor uptimes, and an overall bad experience. It is hard to judge if this is what is happening with DailyRazor but this situation has a high probability.

DailyRazor experiences some complaints on technical support from their web hosting clients. According to our extensive research, DailyRazor may respond with significate wait times and may respond without fully answering questions asked.

We find it odd that DailyRazor strongly suggests submitting a support ticket if you want to handle your hosting issue over the phone. They want you to submit a ticket and have a ticket number ready before calling. Of the many web hosts we have reviewed, this is the first time we've seen such a recommendation from a web host.

Overall, DailyRazor has too many complaints about technical support related issues for us to rank them any higher than poor.
