I heard about Cyberwurx through a friend and I have to say my first thought was confusion. Cyberwurx was the first hosting system I used, but the site was professional and approachable and made it easier for me to understand what I needed. I picked the right hosting service for me and from there it was the support that suprised me the most.

The customer support is unbelievable. I usually receive a reply within the hour and have usually resolved the problem shortly after. I have never had down time the entire time I have used them. Even if the problems I have had haven't been their responsibility they have always been willing to help and offer me advice about my computer as well as my hosting needs.

As I said before the support is extremely reliable and so is the service. I have never had any downtime whilst with them and I have been with them for over a year now.

The pricing is slightly more expensive than other hosts I think but they always offer a special hosting package that will suit most people's needs. I am running several large websites on Cyberwurx and I believe that the pricing is very good for what I get in terms of support and reliability of the technical side of things.

When I first got the account it took less that 24 hours to set my account up and I didn't need to do anything. All I did was register an account and they emailed me instantly and sorting everything out very quickly. It was easy and simple.

I have always recommended Cyberwurx as a host and will continue to. I haven't had a single bad experience with them and will be very suprised if I do. The support is what counts in my opinion. Afterall what's the point in having a host if all they do is store your website in a computer somewhere. You want someone who will help you and genuinely want to see you succeed.
