They have excellent features but are very unreliable with uptime. They have "Call Us" on their web site but all phone calls have a rather surly "We can't answer the phone right now, visit the website" voice mail. Nobody is ever home.

I guess you get what you pay for. The last issue was a so-called "hard disk crash" which, after 48 hours, has not been seen the server restored.

If they could get their hardware act together, answer their phones, and have a more knowledgable and literate support staff they would be excellent. Sorry to say they are not.
