They give you options. Imagine this - you have a problem, not a big one, but you do have one. You need some sort of answer, but you can't wait. I was in this situation not even two weeks ago. Guess what? They fixed it for me. I got to talk to a REAL person who fixed my problem. Can you imagine that? It was reality, which is unreal!

I do a lot of work and I do it quick. That's why I need a company that can work with my level of work. Canaca has been pretty doggone good about that, so no complaints. I give them lots and lots of credit for being pretty reliable.
