when I contact the support chat It's take 15 minutes to start to talk with the support. The support is OK, but I need to contact the support every time I want to give a permissions to a directory, they didn't teach me to do it alone.

Every time they do a update to the email they send me email, and the downtime when the update is 20 minutes without email in the night. I know they will send me email week before every thin they do and I know I can host my server on them.
