My first thoughts of this ecommerce host are that I have been with them for more than a year for a reason. They've been just as good in day 365 as they were on day #1. That is extremely important to me.

What is there to say when things have been pretty much perfect? I haven't had too many opportunities to use their customer support system because I haven't had too many problems, but when I have used it, they have been helpful to me.

I have heard some of my friends and business partners say that reliability is a problem with their web host, but I guess I'm lucky in that I don't think I've ever had to wonder whether or not my host would be there for me. It's nice knowing that you have a host there 24/7.

You won't get any complaints out of me when it comes to the price. For what they provide and the comprehensive service that I receive, I think it's something of a value.

The account setup process confused at the beginning, but I got things figured out pretty quickly. I can say that, compared to other types of online accounts that I have, Bluehost provides an easy to use interfact that does not present too many problems.

I give BlueHost a 10 because of all of the things I mentioned above. They seem to do everything write and I don't think I have ever run into any huge problems. If you are starting an ecommerce type of website, you should contact them. It was one of the best decisions that I ever made.
