I have had database errors and then told that they were upgrading software. They told me that they would let me know in the future. a week later the same thing happened. It seems like they don't have the hardware and skill-set to handle the problems they are facing.

I can't even get the control panel to come up because of their Denial of Service attacks that are going on and I was told that they should have it fixed in 3 or 4 days. The one thing that seems obvious is the price is right but without reliability that won't cut it!
