Here is what William Bowers had to say about FatCow and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I have been with a number of hosts before this one and not liked what I received, so I guess the correct description would be skeptical. I don't know why, but I kind of expected the worst when we first started out.
Account Setup Feedback
Try it out and see how easy it is. Account setup just gets the thing going, so there's nothing about this that should be hard. I have that opinion, so I don't know about what others think.
Host Reliability
This is where the other hosts have failed me miserably in the past. I guess after a year, FatCow has finally proven their worth to me in this department. No complaints, whatsoever.
Pricing Info
To get the best in service, you better be willing to pay a good price for it. I was, and I've gotten a good return on that investment.
Final Host Comments
One year later and I'm still with FatCow. That's probably better than any review I could have given. I don't know how to put this, but I will stay with them for another year if things stay the same.

It's been surprisingly good. Most companies offer little help in this area, as they don't actually want to pay smart people to help with your concerns. FatCow seems to be different, in this regard, though.
