TERRIBLE!!!!

Put up a Joomla website and it took 5-8 seconds to render a page. And don't blame it on Joomla as the Control Panel had the same responsiveness! They are SEVERELY overloading their servers and hoping nobody will notice.

Too expensive and they are TUCOWS resellers and the client had to pay $10.95 a year!

Final Host Comments

Moved my clients to BlueHost where the speed was fine and the domain was included. Luckily, StartLogic has a refund plan. In the long run, the client actually SAVED MONEY, even by cancelling and losing the $35 cancellation fee. Well worth the money.

I WILL NEVER LET ANY OF MY CLIENTS USE STARTLOGIC. THEY ARE IN A BUSINESS DEATH SPIRAL (which is stupid when hardware is so cheap!).

When approached I consistently got the "it works fine" from them. I started thinking perhaps it was the traceroute between me and them, but even those who were local had this problem! Also mostly offshore techs who are barely understandable sometimes.
