Bluehost uses cPanel for their control panel. Unfortunately, based on their cPanel control panel demo, it appears that Bluehost doesn't offer the Fantastico script library. However, Bluehost appears to have a better option to Fantastico called SimpleScripts that offers the same functions of Fantastico and probably saves Bluehost a lot of money on licensing.

SimpleScripts from Bluehost is equal to or better than Fantastico. It offers 50+ web applications with an easy one click install. Bluehost promises they keep all of their software upgraded on a 24 hour script update rotation. They even offer SimpleScripts to other web hosts free of charge which is great for increasing the popularity of their SimpleScripts brand.

Bluehost has several customer support options available. Bluehost offers toll-free telephone sales and customer support 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. For billing, they offer business hours support for their customers. Most impressive of all features on Bluehost is the fact that Bluehost does not outsource their phone support! You will receive nothing but the finest American customer support, something other hosts haven't been able to match.

Bluehost has an excellent knowledge base that offers over 400 articles of help and information for their web hosting customers. They also offer cPanel video tutorials, cPanel documentation, and offers server status information publicly on their help center page. Most hosts do not offer server status information so this is a huge plus in our book.

Bluehost also offers live chat, email ticket help, and an active community forum should you need help that is not covered in their documentation. Bluehost has been ranked 5/5 for their exceptional customer support.
