Not until I had to renew a domain and they did not complete the renewal and lost the domain.
Than there was an issue with one of my client site's requiring Windows hosting, the site went down and I reported the issue using their Trouble Tickets, the trouble was that no one responded the the issue and I had to move the domain to a new host.

Their technical support people do answer the phone from time to time and do on most occasions respond to the trouble tickets.
If the issue is with billing or sales, than forget it, there is no one to speak to. I am still waiting for a response to the trouble tickets, emails and voice mails left over the last 4 days.

It's been an extremely long number of days since Bluefur.com terminated my hosting account with them.
I have had to arrange a new hosting provider and make sure that the reputation and integrity of the new provider would make me feel comfortable after what I've just experienced.
Since last Thursday, no one from Bluefur.com either replied to my trouble tickets, emails or voice mails. I have received domain renewal notices for 2 of my domains. I replied asking if Bluefur.com will be actually doing the renewal since I cannot move those domains due to the restriction based on the number of days prior to renewal. So far no answer.
I did call Bluefur.com earlier today and spoke to one of their technical support staff, I was placed on hold for more than 35 minutes and finally was able to speak to someone. This fellow sympathized with my situation but was unauthorized to do anything. What I had called for was the following information ;
* 2 of my domains were incorrectly registered by Bluefur.com and I require them to be corrected to allow me to make changes to the DNS and update my information
* Backup files I did received from a staff member of Bluefur.com were corrupt and not usable
On January 5th I paid for my reseller hosting plan.
My complaint with Bluefur.com was in regards to their not renewing a domain name for me. This was not the first time this had occured.
Mr. Gary Jones had replied saying that I did not pay for a renewal and that was that, no further discussion, not interested in the copies of emails and credit card charges.
I than responded to Bluefur.com with "Please send me a list of domains & services that I have with you and I will inform you of which domains/services will remain with your company. "
The next thing I knew. my client websites and their email accounts were all terminated and there was no one to speak to.
