Account Setup Feedback
The original support for this was very good a couple of years ago. Now I can't reach anyone. (New owners)
Host Reliability
No one is taking or returning calls. I have been increasingly firm in my requests for call back pointing out some business decisions that are waiting for a working URL.

Pricing is OK.
Final Host Comments
Perhaps there is a momentary lapse in support or sales but this happened a couple of months ago, too, so I'd say the company is operating on auto pilot with no interest in new sales. I will figure out how to move my accounts and recover any remaining fees going ahead.

Something has gone wrong at Bluefish. The company was sold in the last year and the original team is gone - people that took good care of any questions or concerns I had. Now you leave messages because no one ever picks up the phone, even if you dial in many times during the day. (I have called both Sales and Support). I have had no call back for three days. Multiple messages have been left.
