I have not been with these people for very long, so I am still in the opening stage of my overall experience. I have run into SOME problems, but overall, I think they have done everything possible to make my experience a good one. It's all I can ask from HostMonster.

Account Setup Feedback

This was easy, IMO. It wasn't too tough, like a lot of online things where you enter information. I wouldn't worry about this part of the thing if I were you. You can be up and going with them in ten minutes or so.

Host Reliability

Of all of the issues that I have had with them, reliability has never been as issue. Their hosting service seems to be second to none when it comes to keeping your site online. That's a cool thing to have.

Pricing Info

I don't do research on prices. In fact, I didn't even care. It wasn't even about the price. I am worried about other things that are way more important than price. If you go cheap on a host, you won't make money.

Final Host Comments

It's been a couple of months now since I setup HostMonster and I'll give them a few more. They have been a good host. Like with most things, there have been some hang ups, but not enough hang ups to stop me.

The customer support has been my lifeline. Like I said, I have had some issues. They fix the issues, though. They make sure that a dumb webmaster can keep up and keep going. That is the best thing about HostMonster.
