My first thoughts were negative based on the way I was more or less forced into their service. I was a member of ADMhosting before all their domains and contracts were purchased by Axishost. At the time we recieved no warning of this or had any clue what exactly was going on and transpiring. This was a shortcoming on both parties fault, ADM and Axishost. It wasn't until hours later after we're scrambling to find out why our site is down and suspended that we find the answers. We then got our site back up and running with Axishost who was now in charge.

Their customer support was average, I suppose. They never seemed to volunteer information to us when we inquired as to what was going on with the outages and problems. We would get only minor details such as "DNS glitch" or "Server malfunction." When pressed for details on why they lost half our data(numerous tables from several databases. Not whole databases, mind you, but just individual tables. Still makes no sense what so ever) they weren't forthcoming.
When a member of my site posted a negative review of their service based on the data loss incident they found it and then decided that this was the "last straw" and canceled my account with no warning or notice beyond my site becoming "site suspended."

Reliability was iffy at times. For the most part they were up, but speeds varied from great to absolutely abysmal. Then there were a few times where the site was down for hours and in one case over a day. Their backup procedures are questionable as they don't have access to daily backups, only weekly backups(which is fine), though the weekly backups may be a bit buggy or not complete and older backups may or may not exist. I suggest you preform your own if at all possible. I didn't at the time and as a result lost data ranging from a weeks worth to several months worth. Lesson learned.

Can't say anything about pricing, as I never paid them. My contract was with ADMhosting, not them. They just obtained the contract later. Looking at their prices, however, they charged double what ADM was. ADM was charging me $60 a year. Looking at their site, for a similar package, it would cost me about $120.

After the initial problems with trying to figure out where my account went it was more or less all done since all they did was move the systems over pretty much. So I guess it was fairly simple. Not great by any means but not horrible.

The final straw that they have pointed out to me is correct. Their canceling my account based on a negative review of their shoddy service from one of my members is indeed the last straw. I've since moved on to a far better host and hope that this can serve as a lesson to anyone else who may look at Axishost. If you don't like them, don't complain, or else your service may be next. And judging by reviews I've found elsewhere, I'm not the only one they did that to.
