I first looked at the Budget Hosting from Apollo Hosting because I needed a good value. So, the main thing I needed at first was to know that I would be paying a low amount. I guess that was my opening thought with them.

I guess they need to make a sacrifice somewhere in order to keep costs down. You cannot get everything with budget hosting and I understand that. This means that the customer support was not great, but it was pretty good. They could use a few more associates, but overall, they do a nice job.
