The websites is laid out well. The plans are easy to find and compare. The reviews are good. There is little hype. The specials are easy to see and the fine print for the hosting account is easy to find.

Account Setup Feedback

There will never be an easier process than fully automated and all online. I’m up and running in just a few minutes with ANHosting.

Host Reliability

I use my hosting at ANHosting for several online shopping sites and informational sites that I have up. In the beginning I didn’t want to trust my pay-per-click campaign sites to an “unknown to me” company but now that I know that I won’t be paying for traffic that is going to a site hosted by a company that is unreliable, I am currently switching many of those sites over as well.

Pricing Info

Simply the best pricing out there, as far as I am concerned. Sure, there are cheaper but it’s not much. Besides, how much money are you losing if your sites are down? Cheaper doesn’t mean that you aren’t losing money.

Final Host Comments

This is, without a doubt, one of the most reliable hosting companies that there is out there. With all of the nightmare stories that you hear about with cheaper “bargain basement’ hosting companies, I can’t imagine putting your site at the mercy of their incompetent staff and overworked servers. ANHosting is certainly the way to go.

I’ve only used their customer support once for a billing issue (I wanted to change the credit card on my account to a different account to get the miles) and it was painless to do so. The representative was helpful and nice. I submitted one support ticket but the issue wasn’t with AN Hosting, it was basically just a question that I had about their existing options (basically, I didn’t know what I was doing when I selected something) and I got a response within an hour or so. Whether that was because I submitted it during business hours or because they are always that fast, I don’t know but it was very nice.
