I am still pretty much new to this whole thing, so I'm forming opinions on the host. Still, I have had a positive experience thus far wen working with A2. I don't have anything to complain about just yet.

Account Setup Feedback

I had a few questions that needed to be answered about adding some extra blog pages to my account, but that was cleared up pretty quickly during this process. The ball was rolling before too long and I was able to successfully operate my blog with few hitches.

Host Reliability

They are reliable, that's for sure. I wanted a blog host that always loaded my pages so that everybody could see what I had to say. I have never come to the website to find that my page wouldn't load. I'd say that's pretty good.

Pricing Info

For my dollar, you can't beat the price that A2 has given me. They're pretty good, so I always feel like I'm getting a great value. I don't think I could ask for anymore than that.

Final Host Comments

I'm still early in this, but I like what I see so far. I think they do a good job of explaining their products so that you can understand what you are getting for the money.

I am giving this a ten because I have never even had to use this service. It's my opinion that this is the best thing that I could ask for. I would guess that the people in the customer service office do pretty well, but I have never had the pleasure of working with them.
