Intitially they got me started in the hosting business as a reseller years ago. When I began they were helpful to me as a novice user.

Support issues take forever to get resolved. They try to clear support tickets as quickly as possible with little effort to see if problem was correctly resolved. Most issues take many phone calls and emails to resolve. It's beyond comprehension who you can be treated with such little respect by a company taking your money every month.

In the past three weeks my server and email has been down frequently. I'm told things like "we had a black-out last night, there was a hardware failure, we had an overload issues, etc.

The are constantly sugesting you upgrade, paying more money, for more reliabliltity.

As my reselling of hosting has expanded I have added all my new clients to another hosting company, Blue Genisis. There i get respect, reliablility and above-average support in a timely manner. The only reason I remain with ait is because of the dificulty to switch a number of accounts that still rely on AIT software. My sugestion to you: look elsewhere, don't get hooked into something that you stay with because of the dificulty in changing. Start out someplace reliable. As soon as I can get all my remaining accounts with ait swithced, I'm done. My office staff is tired of hearing the ait jingle on speakerphone while i am constantly on hold trying to get on-going problems resolved. BTW, even the Better Business Bureau gives them an unsatisfactory rating.
