Account Setup Feedback
Takes a few hours, as a real human must get involved in the sign-up. This is good, it screens out some possible spammers trying to sign up.
Host Reliability
on Sunday Feb 10th all websites and emails went down. Eventually the email was restored on the 13th. Today it is the 14th and my websites are still down. Four days of downtime is totally unacceptable in this industry. They boast of 99.9% uptime, but it's a joke. I cannot reach anyone this morning, they seem to come into work at 8am, and that is when they'll notice a problem, not before. They need some kind of 24/7 monitoring of their datacentre.

Up until this recent problem, I had nothing but positive things to say about them. Having websites down for FOUR DAYS in a row is totally unnecessary and unacceptable. I have lost business from my own customers as a result of Hostpapa.

Slow to reach anyone. When a problem does arise, they don't seem to be in a hurry to fix it. It seems as if nobody is there after hours, problems that happen after 5 are not addressed until the following morning. This is not acceptable.
