I was first drawn in by their advertising and the excellent deals that they proported to offer. I didn't really know what they were all about, to be honest, but I think I have a little bit better idea of what they do now.

Account Setup Feedback

I don't particularly remember any hang ups in this part of the process, so I guess it was pretty good. It's hard for me to comment because nothing really stood out.

Host Reliability

Reliable, reliable, reliable. I'm glad I get to fill in this box because it's the first thing I tell people when they ask me about A2. I think this is the best thing about the company. They are just always there for you when you need them.

Pricing Info

I'm a self admitted penny pincher, so I was glad that they had an affordable package for me to choose. I would have been upset if I had to pay more for hosting, although it probably would have been worth it.

Final Host Comments

EVerything has been pretty good with this host. I am pleased with what I have gotten for the money and I don't think I could ask for much more. If you are looking for Windows hosting, I'd recommend A2.

Customer service is a pretty useless hassle to me, but I kind of liked the way they go about things. When I needed to update the address for my credit card on file, it didn't take me very long and I had absolutely no trouble.
