I’ve been with LunarPages for quite some time now. I started with a shard hosting account and now have a dedicated box as well as a reseller account. I’ve never been more satisfied with a host before and I’ve been through quite a bit of them.

Account Setup Feedback

Account setup with LunarPages has never been anything but a breeze for me. I always pay for 12 months upfront and renew for 12 months at a time so I’ve never had to pay for any kind of setup. I know that with their customer service and all it should be a breeze as well.

Host Reliability

LunarPages have been nothing but great for me for both my reseller account and my dedicated server. Fast loading pages, extremely small amounts of downtime (very nearly none) and years of great service. Not to mention their hosting is compatible with everything that I run.

Pricing Info

Cheap and good. I’m usually very, very weary of any webhost that offers prices that are “too good to be true” because I’ve certainly been burned before. I won’t say the name of one very bad host in particular because I’m not sure if this site allows that but the reviews on here already says it all about them. Anyway, LunarPages’ prices still rock.

Final Host Comments

Not much else to say. I think LunarPages are a great webhost and from what other review that I see on them here on this site, it looks like I’m not alone, which is good to see. Highly recommended to anyone that is serious about good webhosting and doesn’t want to pay an arm and a leg to get it.

I’ve never really had to use LunarPages’ customer support much so that, in and of itself, is a huge plus to me. Of the times that I have used them, however, I got great answers back in a decent amount of time. The only reason that I don’t give them a 10 is because of one incident a couple of years ago that left kind of a sour taste in my mouth where I felt that I got the runaround. However, I don’t hold it against them but you never know what could happen in the future. Even so, I don’t hesitate the recommend them.
