I had no pre-existing thoughts about LunarPages before I began using them. I had never asked around about them but I came across their site from performing a Google search about some of the various things that I needed with a hosting plan.

Account Setup Feedback

Once again, I’ve never had a problem with them. My account setup was fast and 100% automated. Great place.

Host Reliability

I have found that reliability with LunarPages has been great so far. My sites are always up and are always fast. I run some websites that have a great deal of flash that can slow some servers down, I imagine but I haven’t had any problems with LunarPages so far.

Pricing Info

LunarPages have some of the best available prices of any other webhosts that I’ve seen out there lately. That includes many of the more “bargain basement” webhosts that try to leave their costs dirt-cheap to offer dirt-cheap hosting. However, LunarPages doesn’t scrimp on the features and still has a great price.

Final Host Comments

I was looking for an affordable hosting company that had a fair price, features I could actually use, and that didn’t require me to be an M.I.T graduate in order to set up. LunarPages gave me all that and more with their shared hosting packages. I’ve been with some hosts that seem to brush you to the side if you’re a shared host customer but I have never had that kind of treatment here. Great hosting company and I will be a customer for a long, long time.

I have not used customer support frequently, but every time I did I was pleasantly surprised in that the people on the other end of the line actually knew what they were talking about and were never condescending toward me in the least bit. Some web hosting companies I have used in the past had customer service representatives that were not very patient with me when I had a question that was technical in nature and they thought was not worth their time. I never got any impression like that when talking to anyone from LunarPages.
