Account Setup Feedback
The account setup is easy enough once you figure out how their control panel works. I knew a customer service representative would be there any time I needed help.
Host Reliability
The site has gone down twice in two years, and each time I have contacted the company and they fixed the problem within minutes.
Pricing Info
InMotion Hosting is slightly more expensive than other hosting providers, but it's worth it. The hosting is great and the service is excellent.
Final Host Comments
Barring any changes in the service or support, I can't see any reason to stop using InMotion Hosting. Someone like Google could (and does) offer free hosting and I wouldn't switch. The value the company provides is immense.

I run a diamond and diamond jewelry company and try to stick to the motto that the only important thing is to make the customer happy. If I don't make money on a sale, it doesn't bother me. Hopefully the customer will love the purchase and will come to me in the future. I believe InMotion Hosting has a similar philosophy. Their service is amazing.
