They were priced well and offered pretty good service when I started with them. I chose them because they had a 24/7 support phone number.

Shortly after joining them they ended their phone support. Since then, it is a nightmare to get answers or solve problems with them regarding my account. I have to open a ticket on a friday night for technical help, but the first response tells me i have to wait until Monday morning for higher support levels. Customer Support is not a priority for this company.

Not a good hosting company if you intent to run database-driven applications. Their web server has poor performance from their database applications, often this company throttles database queries by the hour. Seven times in the last three months I have had database outages, since all my websites are based on Drupal or Gallery2 it means I had NO sites online during those outages.
