I joined LunarPages on their dual reseller hosting account most of 6 months ago now, and since then I've had very few problems at all. I pay a reasonable ammount per month and get Windows and Linux reseller hosting with Plesk on both.

Their servers have been reliable for me, Linux is down occasionally when they do updates, but that's very unusual, and they always seem to have backup servers ready to run :)

Account Setup Feedback

Took ten minutes for both my accounts to be online, then I got a nice email which explained everything, right down to the tiny little details. Their agents were online on msn throughout to keep me updated on what was going on.

Host Reliability

Most downtime i've had is an hour. That speaks for itself to be honest.

During downtime, they are always on hand to help, and I've only been aware of one instance where there was downtime without any prior warning.

Pricing Info

The pricing is excellent, even with a dedicated IP address, I pay less than $30 a month, which I think is brilliant for the level of customer care and the sheer speed of their servers!

Final Host Comments

I'm enjoying my time with LunarPages, and I think my only tiny little niggle is that they don't accept payment in GBP, my normal currency. Other than that; there's nothing wrong there, mostly everything is excellent that I have yet tried, and I'm about to move up onto a VPS with them, I'm that satisfied.

Their support is very quick, I don't think it's ever taken them more than an hour to reply to my queries and even the more complex ones were solved within a day.



They are incredibly courteous, and I have always felt that they have done their job professionally, and not stepped out of line with silly comments like some other hosts I've been with.
